Enzo graduated in 2003 from the Veterinary University of Padua, Italy, where he then completed a PhD on pain management in the dog. He then started a 3 year Residency at the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies in Edinburgh, gaining the RCVS Certificate in Veterinary Anaesthesia in 2008. In February 2010, Enzo joined DWR and in December of that year he became a European Specialist in Veterinary Anaesthesia and Analgesia. Since 2011, he has also been working as a Consultant Anaesthetist at the Newmarket Equine Hospital. Enzo is a member of the Association of Veterinary Anaesthetists and British College of Veterinary Specialists; and author of several international publications. His main interests are pain management, loco-regional anaesthetic techniques and evaluation of quality of recovery in horses.
