Our normal opening hours are 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Appointments for Neurology and Dermatology Services are available on some Saturdays, with sufficient prior notice.

Emergencies
Emergency appointments are available outside of our usual opening times. Availability of appointments are dependent on the status of the animal and whether DWR has the people, space and resources to provide safe and effective care - emergency fee rates apply.
Hospitalisation
Hospitalised animals are cared for by qualified Veterinary Nurses day and night to monitor, provide care and administer medication where necessary. A small number of qualified Veterinary Surgeons are also onsite overnight, with on-call support from Specialists.
Our telephone lines are manned from 8.30am to 7.00pm Monday to Friday. At all other times, telephone calls will be diverted to our emergency only service.
