We have Clinical Nurse Supervisors across all departments of the hospital. Our Supervisors are all experienced Registered Veterinary Nurses or Nursing Assistants, responsible for providing day-to-day professional and operational supervision to the team within their relevant area, their role also includes ensuring the optimal level of care that we provide our patients throughout their stay in the hospital.
Our Supervisory team is made up of:

- Nursing Assistant Supervisor
- Diagnostic Nursing Assistant Supervisor
- Theatre Nursing Assistant Supervisor
Each of our department has a Lead Supervisor.
Team Leaders
We have Team Leaders across our Nursing and Nursing Assistant teams. Our Team Leaders are a important point of contact for all our team members. Each of our Team Leaders has a dedicate team of Nurses and Nursing Assistant which they are responsible for supporting on a personable, developmental, and professional level. Our Team Leaders have undergone leadership training around how to support their colleagues, but maintain their clinical role within the team, and therefore presence within the hospital environment every day.
